🍸 Curtin Mixology Society Presents: Distillery and Wine Tour 🍷 Join us for the Curtin Mixology Society’s first Distillery and Wine Tour – a 6-hour trip around the Perth Hills sampling some of the finest wines, ciders, gins, and more! Get ready for an exciting day packed to the brim with tastings, good food, and company. 📅 Date: Saturday 29th March 🕒 Time: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM 📍 Meeting Point: Shoe Bar, Perth 🆔 Bring Valid ID: You must bring a valid form of ID to prove you are over 18 (driver's license, passport, proof of age card, etc) 🎟️ Tickets: Members: $45, Non-members: $50 (includes transportation, student-priced tasting, and snacks) 🚍 Transport: A chartered bus will take us to all destinations and return to Perth city centre. We will be meeting at Shoe Bar at 10:30 AM, with the bus departing at 11:00 AM on the dot. Feel free to come early for a few pre-party beverages. First stop: Providore/Margaret River Chocolate Factory – Begin the journey with a visit to this iconic destination, known for its gourmet wines and artisanal chocolates. Indulge in some sweet treats and sample their exquisite dessert wines to kick off the tour on a delightful note. Second stop: Funk Brewshed – Dive into the world of craft brews at Funk Brewshed. Known for its refreshing ciders and innovative brews, this stop offers a laid-back vibe and a chance to taste some unique creations. Third stop: Sin Gin – Discover the art of gin-making at Sin Gin Distillery. Sample their distinct, locally crafted gin varieties and learn about the creative process behind their flavourful spirits. Fourth stop: Great Northern Distillery – End the tasting tour with a visit to this renowned distillery, famous for its premium rum and spirits. Enjoy a guided tasting session and hear the fascinating stories behind their creations. The tour concludes back in Perth, with the final drop-off in the city centre – the perfect spot to continue the festivities if you wish.
